He spent 5 years helping customers in the UK implement and get value out of Microsoft’s BI solution. When an opportunity arose to move into product engineering in 2012, he jumped at it and to help translate customer and market requirements into new features as a Program Manager in the Power BI team. Since January 2020 he has led a team of program managers, owning the overall experience for creators of Power BI reports.
